Dr. Heather Rosen, MD

Dr. Heather Rosen is a licensed physician in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Maryland who has been treating addiction for nearly a decade. Her vision for Recovery Care has led the practice to be licensed as an outpatient treatment program in PA and WV, resulting in a 90% success rate for those in addiction recovery. Recovery Care is also licensed as a behavioral health center in West Virginia, allowing Dr. Rosen’s team to provide mental health care to anyone who needs it. 

In Recovery Care’s Pennsylvania locations, Dr. Rosen provides family medicine and primary care services to all who need them. In PA and WV, Dr. Rosen can also treat patients with Hepatitis C. All of Recovery Care’s clinics are accepting new patients with no wait time, and we proudly accept most major insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare. 

Dr. Rosen received her bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry at Sonoma State University in California. She then received her medical degree at St. Matthews University School of Medicine in Oviedo, Florida and her masters in leadership from Katz Business School in Pennsylvania, as well as a masters in health administration from Saint Joseph's College in Maine.
